In 2006, Frontline Foundation was established as a project under National Heritage Foundation, a 501c3 public charity. In 2008, the organization transitioned to become a project under Congressional District Programs, a 501c3 publich charity, and was renamed Frontline Aid. National Heritage Foundation and Congressional District Programs are two separate charitable organizations.
All monies raised by Frontline Aid are received by Congressional District Programs and become the sole property of Congressional District Programs, which, for internal operating purposes, allocates the funds to Frontline Aid. Frontline Aid program manager makes recommendations for disbursements which are reviewed by Congressional District Programs for approval.
