摆线针轮行星传动的特点

          摆线针轮行星传动(简称摆线针轮传动)和渐开线少齿差行星齿轮减速机的根本差别是:前者的行星齿轮廓采用变幅(以短幅较普遍)外摆线的内侧等距曲线,中心轮齿廓为与上达曲线共轭的圆。

         摆线针轮行星传动的特点:

         1、传动比大   一级减速时传动比为1/6~1/87;两级减速时传动比为1/99~1/7569;三级减速时传动比为1/2057~1/658503;根据需要可以采用多级组合。

         2、传动效率高   由于啮合部位采用了滚动啮合,一般一级传动效率为90%~95%。

         3、结构紧凑、体积小、重量轻   由于不仅才用了行星传动原理,输入轴和输出轴在同一轴线上,而且与电动机直联成一体,用它代替两级普通圆柱齿轮减速机,体积可减小1/2~2/3,重量约减轻1/3~1/2。

         4、故障少,寿命长   主要传动啮合件使用轴承钢制造,因此机械性能与耐磨性能均佳,又因其为滚动摩擦,因而故障少,寿命长。

         5、运转可靠平稳   因传动过程中为多齿啮合,所以使之运转平稳可靠,噪声低。

         6、拆装方便,容易维修。

        应当指出的是,摆线针轮传动要实现多齿啮合,对摆线轮齿与针轮齿的分度精度要求时较高的,需要专门的加工设备。
